Individuals with a deep passion for hospitality and a sharp eye for detail are wanted to join our Food & Beverage team in the role of a Culinary Steward

The core responsibility of the position:

• Use the dishwashing machine to sanitize and wash china, glass, and silver items, and then appropriately store the dishware and flatware after unloading.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment including ovens, steam kettles, and mixers are cleaned and sanitized, along with maintaining cleanliness in kitchen drains, sinks, walls, and floors. The kitchen and pastry shop production areas and hallways should be regularly dusted, mopped, scrubbed, and polished.
• Ensure pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized by using the correct cleaning and rinsing methods.
• Ensure the safe use and storage of cleaning products, chemicals, and materials, including soaking solutions, with appropriate protective attire.

• Flexibility to work on weekends, nights, and holidays.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Competence in English demands skill in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Experience: Prior background in Stewarding. Practical knowledge is usually gained through hands-on experience.
• Skill in managing, servicing, and appropriately tidying dishwashers, sinks, floor cleaners, and silver-buffing machines.
