Role and Responsibilities:

As the Customer Service Manager at Fiesta Mart, you will be the driving force behind a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant operation. This is a leadership role with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations. You will lead a team, develop talent, and ensure every aspect of service and food quality aligns with Fiesta Mart's standards. This role requires strategic thinking, people management skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and operational excellence.

• Direct and manage all facets of restaurant functions, encompassing food handling, customer service, and ensuring adherence to sanitation rules.
• Ensure that the team's performance aligns with the organization's mission, values, and anticipated customer experience.
• Seek out, train, and elevate Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and team members.
• Monitor financial achievements, regulate labor and food costs, and aim to meet or exceed revenue and profitability benchmarks.
• Plan work shifts, allocate duties, and ensure appropriate employee staffing.
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards as prescribed by local, state, and company regulations.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct consistent performance reviews and offer mentorship to team members for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or a similar qualification.
• Food Handler Card or an equivalent food safety certification.
• At least 2 years of experience managing operations in the restaurant or food service industry.
• Familiarity with profit and loss evaluation, financial budgeting, and staff coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience working in a retail or food service environment that celebrates cultural diversity.
• Familiarity with Fiesta Mart's clientele and the range of products we offer.
